The Preserve at Grayton Beach is a private, gated community on the west end of Grayton Beach near Blue Mountain Beach. Highlights include chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances, spacious master bath suite, a short walk via a boardwalk with no steps to private beach access bordering Grayton Beach State Park, two neighborhood pools, and a complimentary brand new 6 seat street legal golf cart to visit the many nearby restaurants and shops. We also supply a beach cart so that you don't have to carry your stuff to the beach.

The Preserve at Grayton Beach is situated on the West end of Grayton Beach, very close to Blue Mountain. It is just a few minutes to Red Bar, Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Blue Mabel's, Grayton Seafood, AJs, Grayton Beer Brewpub, Goatfeathers, Local Seafood, Pizza by the Sea, and more!

Grayton Beach was recently rated the top beach in the US due to its white sugary sand, emerald green water, private beaches, and local community. In addition to all that, you can also enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving at one of the reefs nearby (Turtle Reef is just off Grayton Beach).

Our private beach rivals any other beach out there! During peak season when other beaches are elbow to elbow, you can enjoy plenty of space to spread out. We will supply 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs or you can easily rent chairs and an umbrella (or paddle board or kayak!) from La Dolce Vita before your visit. If the gulf is too rough to play (rare), our access to Redfish Lake offers an awesome place for kids to skim board, kayak, or just play in the shallow end.

If you want to stay in shape while you're here, you can use the Preserve fitness room or hike/run/bike the trails bordering the neighborhood contained within 15000 acres of Point Washington State Park.

Also included is Level 2 Tesla charger, (NEMA 14-50), so you don't have to worry about finding a place to charge in order to be able to drive your electric vehicle around.
