Are you ready for a one of a kind vacation experience at "Making Waves"? Rare opportunity to vacation in a custom built studio cottage on a private lot only a couple of blocks from the beach. Picturesque exterior with Hardie board siding and the classic southern corrugated metal roof. The private courtyard features a small dip pool with adjacent Adirondack seating under a large umbrella.
The pristine interior includes Brazilian Walnut hardwood floors, Shiplap wood walls, solid cedar post and beam construction, a 13 foot ceiling, a refinished antique claw foot tub and a large cast iron farmhouse sink. Charming colors of red and turquoise accents compliment the cottage classic white. Convenient outdoor shower with privacy fence. Very pleasant short walk to the town of Seaside where you will find white sand beaches, boutique shopping, world famous restaurants, concerts and events.
Puppy will love 30A just as much as you! Pets are welcome *with payment of separate pet fee of $150 and with written approval by Exclusive 30A. Limited to one small to medium sized pet
