Welcome to the Funky Monkey! :) This fun, whimsical home in Seacrest Florida North features FIVE bedrooms and FOUR baths. The backyard is the community of Rosemary Beach! Shops, restaurants and fun fountains to run through are all minutes away by foot!!

We often find ourselves riding our bikes over to Rosemary, to enjoy their restaurants and shops, and to Alys to enjoy their pool-side restaurant as well as a local favorite - George's Restaurant. Our home is less than a one minute walk to the Village of Seacrest where you'll find a few cute shops, a candy and ice cream shoppe, a yummy Mexican restaurant - La Cocina, our favorite pizza place - Pizza by the Sea and live music during the evening! Pack your bags and your family and come have some fun!

"Funky Monkey" is located in the neighborhood of Seacrest Beach North - right between the communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We are about a 5 minute walk to our 12,000 sq. ft. neighborhood pool and a 6 - 7 minute walk to our neighborhood's beach access. The little ones (ages 3 and 6) can make the walks easily! But why walk when you can ride!!!
