This two bedroom condo is managed by Cottage Rental Agency. With a view overlooking Seaside's town square as well as Ruskin Place, it's perfect for two couples or a small family. Deniz is located on the third floor above the Amore by the Sea shop in Ruskin Place. This European style apartment is relaxed and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. An open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen greet you as you enter. There is a queen bedroom with a private, newly updated bath and a twin bedroom (2 twins) with its own updated bath. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.  Up the wide staircase to the enclosed tower room that has sleeper sofa and then out onto the roof deck for simply amazing views of sunsets, moonrises and star studded evenings, not to mention people watching.

Please note, this cottage is a third floor walk up. Beach access in Seaside for this cottage is via public access points, Coleman Pavilion and Seaside Pavilion (aka George's Gorge), located at town center. This unit does not have assigned parking but there is parking below the building and on Smolian Circle behind the building.
