The Conservatory is an exquisite 1,600 sq. ft. penthouse that features 360 degree panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the town of Seaside, FL from the expansive rooftop deck. Conservatory is the entire third floor of two units above the shops of Ruskin Park.

Enter through a private entrance into the large open living area that is complete with a large sofa, custom built in TV, a grand piano (display purposes), sofa, and dining table with access to the large rear furnished balcony overlooking the town. There is a gourmet kitchen with additional bar seating for four. The kitchen features cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, a wine refrigerator, gas cook top, and a convection oven.

The master bedroom suite is highlighted by a king bed with a private balcony that has gorgeous views of Ruskin Park. There is an oversize master bathroom that includes both a large soaker tub and a steam shower along with a his and hers double vanity.
