Beach Therapy is when you feel the sun on your face and the sand in your toes. Its a feeling, a feeling of being relaxed and not worrying about what day it is or what time it is. If you like spending time at the beach, then this is the place to stay.

Beach Therapy 30A is a new home on beautiful 30A. "Beach Therapy 30A" has great gulf views and easy access to a quiet beach. Great family property. Close to Seaside and Gulf Place. We are in the Preserve at Grayton Beach. It's a wonderful gated community along 30A AND we are walkable to the beach. Barton's Way near the west pool allows easy after-the-beach relaxation as well as evening swims.

We have four bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and each with their own full-sized bathroom.  In addition, there is a bunk room that would sleep up to six.  The ceilings on the first floor is an amazing twelve-feet tall, and the second floor has ten-foot ceilings.  There is a porch for every bedroom. The house also is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen, which includes a ten-foot dining room table to fit all of the family.  The third-floor tower room has outside seating and an amazing view of the Gulf, and a great sunset view every night. 

Covid Update from the owner: We are an owner-managed and cleaned home. I am an onsite owner. If you find anything wrong with cleanliness please do not hesitate to call me as I am next door. Slipcovers will be changed out inbetween each guest stay. Area rugs usd in the house are washable. They are ruggable.com - So they will be washed and switched out in between guests. If a carpet is not there it will be there as soon as it is ready. I provide Shampoo-Conditioner-Body Wash, I provide garbage bags for your stay as well as small trash bags for the bathrooms. I also provide toilet paper- 3 rolls per bathroom- 2 Rolls of paper towels and dishwasher tabs. Please feel free to bring from home additional toilet paper and paper towels as the store may be out of them here.
